Account Strategist, Paid Media

We integrate data from all major digital marketing channels and CRM systems to develop data-driven strategies for paid search, paid social, SEO, CTV, display, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, UX design, and web design.
 
We believe that digital marketing success requires top-notch account implementation for our clients. The Account Strategist, Paid Media role is critical to driving record-breaking online marketing results for our clients and communicating those results in a way that both builds strong working relationships and invites collaboration.
 
In this role your primary responsibility will be to support the development and management of paid search accounts.
 

Qualifications

  • A degree in a business or technology discipline, or commensurate experience
  • 0-2 years related experience in paid advertising campaigns
  • An in-depth understanding of digital marketing, particularly paid search
  • Mastery of advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supporting account growth through campaign creation
  • Developing ad copy and A/B testing
  • Managing keyword bids toward clients’ budgets and profitability goals
  • Analyzing account performance reports to make data-driven account optimizations
  • Communicating with clients

Pay

The hiring range for this position is $70,000-75,000. Final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Product Designer

We integrate data from all major digital marketing channels and CRM systems to develop data-driven strategies for paid search, paid social, SEO, CTV, display, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, UX design, and web design.

As a Product Designer at VOGLIO, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams - including product managers, engineers, and analysts - to create innovative and intuitive designs that meet requirements while elevating the user experience bar. You will have near-endless opportunities to design new products and improve existing processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Research and propose sound recommendations for product architecture, features, and navigation based on identified user needs for clients and internal tools
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications for web, mobile, and email designs
  • Partner with Product Lead to sketch user flows and page ecosystems across channels
  • Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, accurately record results, and summarize insights
  • Work closely with product management to interpret data on user behaviors, design user experience tests, and incorporate conclusions into future designs
  • Apply user-centered design (UCD) process methods from concept to launch
  • Run UX studies and identify opportunities for internal properties, existing, and prospective clients
  • Work closely with product and engineering peers to ensure design systems, component libraries, and assets are maintained to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Design and/or update production assets, infographics, iconography, photography, and more
  • Adhere to internal and client brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch points

Qualifications    

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in design or human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Visual Arts
  • Professional experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
  • Fluent in best practices for information architecture and interaction design
  • Proficient in design tools; Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tool
  • Experience working with and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and tokens
  • Proficient in UX research tools (Hotjar, TRYMYUI, Usability Hub preferred)
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS a plus
  • Strong portfolio of design projects (please provide a link to your portfolio)
